Jack & Jill Preschool is led by Caroline Scott-Evans (Early Years teacher) and is supported by a fantastic, dedicated team of Early Years professionals.

All staff are first-aid trained, DBS checked, regularly attend safeguarding training, and, in addition to their Level 3 qualifications, hold the Elklan speech and language qualification.

The continual professional development of our staff team ensures that they have the skills and knowledge to help your child settle well in Preschool, and to support them in the best possible way.

Caroline is married to James and they have two children. Caroline has worked with early years children for over 20 years. She loves being with friends and family, dancing round the kitchen with the kids, walking, swimming, being on the beach.
