God and the Transgender Debate

This book helps you focus on what the Bible actually says about gender identity without getting caught up in what can feel like and emotionally charged, public debate.  It offers a very loving explanation of what it means to be male or female based on Old and New Testament text, including what Jesus said about it.

It helped me understand how as a Christian I can love all through better understanding the issues, and gives a clear answer on how to respond to people on this issue.  From the story of creation and God’s blueprint for all of us, the use of the correct language to how to love your neighbour and even how to talk to children about it.

I love that it is a very balanced, well-researched book that takes a true Christian, loving yet Bible based, approach to the topic.  Reading it may well challenge your opinions on the subject but at the very least you will be better informed next time the debate comes up in conversation.
